We offer FREE SHIPPING on all our products, no matter if you order one or many. Due to the complexity of packing, handling, and shipping logistics, we merely charge a small fee of $3 for transactions under $20.

Your order will arrive approximately 2-5 business days after your order has been placed, depending upon your geographical location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with a tracking number. You can also track your shipment by logging into your account on our website, if you chose to create an account during your order.

GreenLeaf Spices cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays in shipment or lost-intransit shipments due to carrier mishandling, however we want you to get your order! Please contact us directly if any shipping issues arise, and we will work with you to short them out.

We pack our spices on order to insure freshness and quality. Allow 1-2 business days to package and process your order. You will receive an automated e-mail notifying you of your order shipment with a tracking number, if available.

We are happy to accept a return for a refund within 30 days, with the original receipt, provided the packaging remains intact and sealed, without signs of tampering. We pack our spices in three variants to meet all our customers’ needs. All our spices are freshly packed and sealed in the U.S. to ensure highest quality and freshness.

Glass Jars – We pack our spices in sturdy, attractive glass jars that hold approximately half-cup worth of spices. It is ideal for customers looking to experiment new spices or looking to add to their spice collection.

Plastic Jars – These jars hold approximately double the amount of spices compared to our glass jars. Perfect for more frequent users of spices and storing in your pantry.

Plastic Bag – With the exception of few products, all our spices are offered in 1 Lb plastic bags for those who can’t get enough of their spices! Perfect for refilling our glass & plastic jars or your own.

Spices should be stored in airtight containers. Our jars are good if they are properly stored. Air, heat, and light are the enemies of fresh spices. A dark cabinet or drawer is the best place to store your spices. We recommend avoid storing your spices above the stove because heat from the oven will destroy essential oils in the spices and they will lose their aroma quicker.

Generally speaking, spices have a very long self-life. Whole spices last much longer than their ground form. Whole spices have a self-life of anywhere from 2 to 4 years while ground spices will last about 2 to 3 years. Old spices will not make you sick, but they will lose their aroma and taste over time. A good, simple test is to smell them. If you do not get a scent, then it is time to throw them away. We recommend buying spices in small quantities and following the proper
storing procedures to ensure freshness.
